Of course, be respectful. Feel free to use the following comment:
Please recognize the significant negative impact of your proposed ban on the methods of pesticide application via spray bottles or misting systems on livestock, specifically horses where we use a hand held spray bottle or barn misting system frequently. Pesticide usage is a daily occurrence for horse owners during the spring, summer and fall months. Mosquitos and flies bring viruses that impact the comfort, health and well being of these animals. A ban in the usage of spray applications in turn would impact negatively the performance of these animals. Further, a ban could create opportunity for large scale viral spreads and huge financial losses. Alternative options for these pesticide products and their methods of application are clearly not cost effective, time and convenience effective, nor do they have significant efficacy in terms of duration of pest control. Such a ban would jeopardize the well being of animals and subsequently create substantial economic hardships for a number of businesses and household horse owners across the U.S.
