Goulash
Recipe Serves 4
Goulash is a hearty dish made quickly in one pan. This variety is Hungarian style with a few of my own adaptations, They consider it a stew and other vegetables such as summer squash and beans can be added to the pot. In Hungarian, Goulash translates to Cowboy.

1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1 small Onion chopped
1 c. Sweet Pepper chopped
1 Jalapeño chopped fine (optional)
2 cloves Garlic minced
1 1⁄2 c. Water
14 1⁄2 oz. Tomato sauce
14 1⁄2 oz. Diced Tomatoes
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T Cavender’s Greek Seasoning
5 oz. Elbow macaroni, uncooked
